Step 6: Add this texture (made by graven_rose)

Set to Multiply 40%
You can erase the parts over the face / main parts with a soft texture brush if you want
Step 7: Merge all layers (ctrl+alt+e) and copy and paste your image into a new window.
Then resize it to 22pxls by 22 pxls
Drag three copies into your main icon and arrange in a row like so:

Then add a stroke to each mini square (make sure you stroke the inside not the outside)

Step 8: With your first min square, go Image: Adjustments: Hue/Saturation. Then saturate +30
With the second min square, go Adjustments: Hue/Saturation. Then saturate -15
Then with the third mini square, desaturate (ctrl+alt+u)

Add text or mini text if you want!
THE END! Hope you like your results.
